We want you to be completely satisfied with your Harmony Silk purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Return Window:

You can return your unused and unworn Harmony Silk product(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or alterations.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at care@theharmonysilk.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with a return shipping label (depending on location and reason for return).
• Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the refund conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exceptions:

• • We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
